Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government as on 31 December 2025.
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years as on 31 December 2025.
Date of Birth should be between 01 January 1996 and 31 December 2004 (both inclusive).
Age Relaxation
OBC / MOBC – 3 Years
ST – 5 Years
PwD – 10 Years
Candidates are advised to refer to the official notification for detailed category-wise relaxation.
Application Fee
SC / ST / OBC / Ex-Servicemen / PwBD: NIL
General / EWS: ₹750/-
The fee can be paid online using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

The selection process consists of the following stages:
Online Test
Screening
Interview
Online Test
The Online Test consists of Objective Test (120 marks) and Descriptive Test (50 marks).
The Descriptive Test is conducted immediately after the Objective Test.

No sectional qualifying marks
Approximately 3 times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for Screening
Shortlisting subject to minimum aggregate qualifying marks fixed by SBI
Screening
Shortlisted candidates’ applications and documents will be examined by the Screening Committee.
The committee will verify whether candidates meet the experience requirements
Job profile submitted by candidates must substantially match the Scale-I Generalist Officer profile of SBI
If the job profile does not match, the application will be rejected
The decision of the Bank is final and binding
Candidates who qualify Screening will be called for Interview.
Interview
Total Marks: 50
Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks as decided by SBI
Marks obtained in Interview are considered for final selection
Final Selection
Candidates must qualify both Online Test and Interview.
Final merit list is prepared with the following weightage:
Online Test (170 marks) → converted to 75 marks
Interview (50 marks) → converted to 25 marks
The final merit list is prepared Circle-wise and Category-wise out of 100 marks after normalization. Selection is done from the top-ranked candidates.
