Educational Qualification
Agniveer (General Duty)
Class 10th/Matric with 45% aggregate and 33% in each subject
Indian Gorkhas: Simple 10th pass
LMV/HMV License holders preferred for Driver requirements
Agniveer (Technical)
10+2/Intermediate in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English with 50% aggregate and 40% in each subject
OR
10+2 Science + 1-year ITI (NSQF Level 4 or above)
OR
10th pass with 50% aggregate + 2-year ITI or 2/3-year Diploma in specified streams
Agniveer Clerk / Store Keeper Technical
10+2 in any stream with 60% aggregate and 50% in each subject
50% in English and Maths/Accounts/Book Keeping mandatory
Agniveer Tradesmen (10th Pass)
10th pass with minimum 33% in each of five basic subjects
Agniveer Tradesmen (8th Pass)
8th pass with minimum 33% in each of five basic subjects
Note:
Candidates can apply for up to two Agniveer categories over and above Regular Entry categories based on eligibility. Candidates awaiting results of Class 10th, 12th, NIOS, or ITI may also apply.

Recruitment Process
The recruitment will be conducted in two phases.
Phase I – Online CEE
Mode: Computer-Based Test
Question Type: MCQ
Negative Marking: 25%
Normalization applicable
Typing Test (30 WPM desirable) for Clerk/SKT category
Phase II – Recruitment Rally
Shortlisted candidates will undergo Physical Fitness Test, PMT, Medical Examination and Document Verification.

Any false height/weight details or bogus/unverified certificates for relaxation in physical standards may lead to cancellation of candidature during Phase II (Recruitment Rally).
